Refund policy
1) Eligibility
- You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and include any original packaging/inserts.
- Please include your order number with the return.
2) How to Start a Return
- Email us at team@thecardcorner.shop within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
- We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address.
- You’re responsible for return shipping. We recommend a trackable service; returns lost in transit cannot be refunded.
Note: At this time we don’t process direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order and return the original for a refund.
3) Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Please allow 3–5 business days after delivery to us for processing (your bank may take additional time).
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4) Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right—typically with a replacement or refund, and in these cases we’ll provide a prepaid return label if a return is needed.
5) Gifts
Refunds go to the original form of payment used for purchase. If that’s not available, we may issue store credit to the purchaser.
