Refund policy

1) Eligibility

  • You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and include any original packaging/inserts.
  • Please include your order number with the return.

2) How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at team@thecardcorner.shop within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
  2. We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address.
  3. You’re responsible for return shipping. We recommend a trackable service; returns lost in transit cannot be refunded.

Note: At this time we don’t process direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order and return the original for a refund.

3) Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 3–5 business days after delivery to us for processing (your bank may take additional time).
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4) Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right—typically with a replacement or refund, and in these cases we’ll provide a prepaid return label if a return is needed.

5) Gifts

Refunds go to the original form of payment used for purchase. If that’s not available, we may issue store credit to the purchaser.
